We consider Vertigo to be a “Midwestern”, hop-forward India Pale Ale (IPA). We use a generous amount of hops, but nothing too over-the-top. We use a combination of hops that give an aroma of grapefruit and orange, followed by a simple yet balanced malt characteristic.
